Booking Confirmation
On receipt of payment by the advised methods, Golf Linx Travel will e-mail a full itinerary to the named organizer of the golf tour. The itinerary will include confirmation of golf courses and booking times, accommodation details and vehicle hire details. Where the requested course or accommodation cannot be booked Golf Linx Travel will contact the named organizer with an equivalent alternative to see if it is suitable.
Golf Linx Travel accepts the following forms of payment:
(i) Credit/debit cards/PayPal – Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, and Delta.
(ii) Personal/company cheques made payable to “Golf Linx Ltd”.
(iii) Cash
(iv) International Bank Transfers
You will also have to accept to pay ALL your bank and any intermediary bank they may use charges.
Deposit & final balance
In order to confirm a booking a non-refundable deposit of 35% per person, is required. Final payment of the balance is due 13 weeks prior to the start of your tour. If the payment is not received by the due date Golf Linx Travel reserves the right to cancel your booking in its entirety. In such an event the deposit will not be refunded. Any tours booked less than 13 weeks prior to commencement, payment in full is required.

90 days or less before arrival – 100% of total costs
Tee-Times
Golf courses reserve the right to alter confirmed tee times. If your confirmed golf club cancel your reservation or change your tee time, we will try to find a suitable alternative. You will be charged or refunded for any difference in the original cost. Such changes do not entitle you to cancel a holiday that is part of a package. Please also be aware that some golf courses may pair you up with other golfers during peak times.
Prices
All accommodation prices are based on 2 people sharing, unless otherwise stated. Our self-drive option will include a vehicle suitable in size for your party, including luggage.
Insurance
Golf Linx Travel strongly recommends you purchase travel insurance.

Force Majeure
Golf Linx Travel will not be liable for additional expenses incurred through travel delay, Acts of God, force majeure or events beyond our control. Force majeure is unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control such as war or threat of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions.
COVID – Should you be unable to travel due to travel restrictions put in place by your country of departure or by the UK or Irish Governments, we will look to re-book your trip for an agreed future date. There may be an adjustment to the price if providers pass on any prices increases at the time of re-booking.
Liability
If you have any complaints concerning any services we provide, you must inform us in writing by letter or email within 28 days of your departure date.
Our Descriptions
The descriptions of the hotels and golf courses and other aspects of the holidays are based on opinions gained on site visits and on the opinions of hotels themselves. We are not always able to exercise control over all the components of the holiday arrangements and it is possible that an advertised amenity be withdrawn or changed due to various reasons such as water conservation, renovation work, etc. We will advise you if we become aware of a major change, but we cannot accept liability for loss, damage or inconvenience in such circumstances.
Behaviour
Throughout your booking with Golf Linx Travel you accept full liability for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your group.
Dress Code
We cannot accept any responsibility in any ruling by the hotel/golf course if you or any of your group is unable to play due to inappropriate attire. Please check before you travel that your group is aware of appropriate golfing attire.
Passports and Visas
A passport is necessary to travel to all European countries. Please check with your own countries embassy to see if a visa is required.
Caddies
Golf Linx Travel will request caddies for those who wish them, however they cannot be guaranteed. In general, the demand for caddies at most courses exceeds the availability. If a caddie is secured for you, the caddie master or another club official will inform you of the caddie charge and tipping policy.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the Law of Scotland.
